Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is being run by Soul Again and sponsored by Hands On Retreat and Soul Again. (“the Promoters”)
2. The administrators of both pages, their family members, employees or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition cannot enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. No one will be automatically entered into the competition. To enter the competition you need to:
a. Sign up for the Soul Again Newsletter; and
b. “Like” Hands On Retreat’s Facebook page.
c. “Like” Soul Again’s Facebook page.
5. Extra entries: Get two extra entries for each friend you invite who enters the competition.
6. Only those who remain signed up for our newsletter and who remain fans of Hands On Retreat and Soul Again will qualify as winners.
7. The closing date is 28 June, 2015 at midnight. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason.
9. The names of the winners will be posted to the Soul Again Facebook Page on 30 June, 2015.
10. No under 18s. All winners will be requested to provide proof of identity.
11. The competition is only open to people living in South Africa.
12. The prize is: A Couple’s Hot Stone and Romantic Picnic from Hands On Retreat, Craighall to the value of R1700 (Sponsored by Hands On Retreat, Craighall)
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or unanticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoters’ control. You will be notified of any such changes as soon as possible.
15. The Promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
16. Winners will be chosen by a random draw.
17. The winners will be notified within 48 hours of the draw. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. The Promoters will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected. Where delivery or travel is required, the winner is liable for such charges.
19. The Promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. By entering this competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material.
23. All personal data of any entrant will be used solely for the purpose provided and in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior written consent.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Soul Again and, in the case of the winner, also to Hands On Retreat to enable you to claim your prize, and not to any other party.
